"Legitimate Interests” means the interests of our company in conducting and managing our business and to require us to share.

To faciliate our global operations, we transfer personal data between either the United Kingdom or the United States and allow access to that information from countries in which the State of Flux affiliated entites have operations for the purposes described in this policy. 

This policy shall apply even if we transfer personal information to other countries. We have taken appropriate safegaurds to ensure your personal information remains protected by the use of a CRM system.

When we share information about you within and among State of Flux's affiliated entities, we make use of standard contractual data protection clauses, which have been approved by the European Commission.

This website uses Google AdWords

This website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the State of Flux website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
