Announcing leadership changes

We are delighted to share changes to our leadership team in North America and Australia.  

North America

Molly Louthan joins as Managing Director North America. Molly started her career working for TradingPartners, a procurement consulting company and most recently joins us from Upwork, workforce technology platform where she grew the company by building partnerships with the Fortune 500. In 2014, Molly launched Advancing Women Executives in Chicago, which is now one of the largest network in the US, with the mission to support the career advancement of women.  

Molly brings a wealth of experience in various professional services industries as well as a strong technology background. Throughout Molly’s career she has worked with her client’s to embed technology, enable people alignment and improve processes, offering solutions to client’s issues with measurable success.

"My goal is to increase the usage of SRM technology within organisations in North America. I believe SRM is were CRM was 10 years ago and right now is the perfect time to implement technology that enables companies to take their SRM program to the next level. I am very excited to be joining State of Flux during this period of change in the industry.”

Australia

Chris Gottardo will be moving from his full time role as Head of Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) to an advisory role in support of the ANZ business. We want to thank Chris for his energy and drive with which he has supported our clients and the team in Australia to date and we look forward to his continued involvement in the business going forward. On the 24th November, Chris will be going back to his financial services roots and taking up a role with Munich Re Australasia.

Kate Nicholl will step into the role of executive consultant and will lead the team and client engagements in Australia. Kate has a solid background in procurement both within industry and consulting.

Working with many blue chip organisations, Kate has helped her client’s devise procurement strategies and help them implement, drive value and everything in between. In her spare time she lectures at the University of Melbourne on supplier relationship management and sustainability in global supply chains.
