Post COVID-19 supply markets – how will they change and how will you respond?

Those of you that went to procurement school in the 80's and 90's, the Porters Five Forces model will be familiar, and probably still features in many category management handbooks. The problem is that it has been used as a snapshot during the creation of a category strategy to analyse the supply market at a point in time and is seldom used as a predictive tool. If it had been effectively deployed in that way in recent years, how many of the supply market 'shocks' could have been anticipated?
