Statess new enhancements

Statess new enhancements

This week we welcomed Statess clients’ into the office for our latest forum.  It was a lively morning in which the latest developments, trends and best practices were shared with representatives from across industries ranging from airlines, utilities, insurance and leisure.

We are pleased to share the main enhancements and new features from this quarter’s development cycle, which will greatly improve user customisation and supplier engagement:

1.    Supplier self-registration – improves collaboration, makes it easier for suppliers to interact with the system and therefore increases the likelihood of receiving innovation or cost saving ideas.

2.    Greater customisation of the risk module – in addition to Statess’ standard risk methodology, companies can now map their in-house risk assessment processes and tools into the system.

3.    Supplier-wide KPIs – previously KPIs were set by supplier, however this new feature means if you have a new KPI which is to be applied to all suppliers, the user can change KPIs for all suppliers centrally.

In addition to these significant new features, Statess has also benefitted from an architecture enhancement leading to improvements in speed.

Our development team are totally committed to continuous improvement of the user experience and user interfaces. We believe the developments to date and those scheduled push the envelope of supplier management technology even further.

We look forward to sharing future new releases in the next update, but in the meantime, here’s a sneak preview of what’s coming …

1.    Improved analytics and data manipulation to identify supplier trends

2.    Modernised interface, with improved graphing / data display

3.    eLearning and training to provide help on every page

4.    Enhanced notifications and alerts that improve effectiveness and collaboration

5.    User group management
