Procurement Consultant / Manager Consultant - LONDON (HYBRID)
Are you a procurement professional or someone with consulting background? If you are looking for your next challenge, we have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Consultant / Manager Consultant to join the State of Flux team in London. You will be working on interesting and diverse projects for leading global brands (FTSE 100 and Fortune 500) in a friendly and dynamic team.
The position:
As a Consultant or Manager at State of Flux, you will be involved in the design and delivery of client centred solutions across a range of industries. You will be expected to lead workstreams within projects, manage junior members of the team, and influence client stakeholders, while working closely with executive consultants. Your main priority will be to consistently achieve a high quality of project deliverables, while maintaining a good control of utilisation and profitability.
Core Activities

Actively support marketing, pre-sales and management activities

Manage and develop existing client accounts

Manage project budget

Structure and deliver consulting workstreams/ projects within Procurement/Supply Chain

Perform complex analyses for our clients both from our office and on client sites
Desired Background
-
3-5 years of experience as a procurement professional or as a management consultant

Exemplary academic background; preferably with a degree in Engineering, Science, Economics or Business; Master’s Degree preferred

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

Strong presentation and communication skills

Proficiency in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)

Individuals who are passionate to engage and influence senior stakeholders;

Individuals who are confident, driven, and ambitious
Procurement and Supply Chain related studies/qualifications are preferred but not necessary as training will be provided on the job.
