Lead Senior .NET Developer

We are looking for a Lead Senior .NET Developer who can successfully shape and build our current and future solutions for our clients. State of Flux  is entering a very exciting period of increased growth, and we are looking for talented and passionate professionals to join the team.

You will be building a cutting edge software product into a buoyant market.

What will you do?

  • Lead development of our platform, working with a small team of developers both onsite and offsite. 
  • Work with our project management systems ensuring they are kept up to date to assist the client team with overall delivery planning. 
  • Assist in the implementation of initiatives to drive productivity and efficiency where appropriate. 
  • Assist in the preparation of estimates and proposals for new business opportunities, working closely with the client facing team.  
  • Participate in internal and client facing meetings and workshops when required. 
  • Help grow the London-based developer team. 

Required experience

  • Bachelor’s degree. 
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience. 
  • Experience with ASP.NET C# (WebForms and MVC); SQL Server; jQuery and Javascript.
  • Preferably experience with SQL Server data warehouse and business intelligence projects.
  • Understanding and project experience with Kentico CMS (ideally you are a Kentico Certified Developer) or other.NET CMS.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Understanding of infrastructure and architecture requirements.
  • Experience with cloud environments and development.  
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology and Source Code Controls tools such as Git and TFS. 
  • Experience with developing API / web services. 
  • History of significant progression in previous development roles.
