Field marketing manager - north America

You will be part of a creative and dynamic team responsible to grow the business internationally. It will involve delivering a wide variety of marketing campaigns promoting State of Flux’s consulting services, training and supplier management software with a focus on the North American market.

Core responsibilities 

  • Oversee and drive region-specific demand generation and field marketing plans to generate demand and meet the pipeline objectives
  • Plan and execute of targeted marketing plans that include but are not limited to events, industry tradeshows, partner events, webinars, demand campaigns/nurture programs, executive roundtables, content syndication, social media to generate MQLs, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships
  • Assist regional sales team as needed
  • Support various other marketing projects as needed
  • Measure campaign effectiveness based on appropriate KPIs

Skills and experience 

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Marketing Manager for professional services and/or enterprise software or cloud based solution provider for North America
  • Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in building and executing integrated marketing programs
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Excellent team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation systems, ideally HubSpot
  • Detail-oriented, organized and proactive
  • Marketing or Business Bachelor’s degree required
