Digital marketing executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing digital marketing calendar and campaigns that promote State of Flux’s services and supplier management software, enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic. You will be part of a creative and dynamic team responsible to grow the business internationally and should have a passion for creativity, content creation and social media with the ability to communicate messages through eye-catching content.

Core responsibilities 

Social media: Manage and oversee the content development and content calendar

  • Content creation and management
  • Build, execute and manage a Social Media plan: Mainly LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
  • Post and manage Social Media daily: identify hashtags, page tags, location tags & create written content
  • Optimise exposure and grow organic following and engagement of our channels
  • Provide a monthly report of engagement & ROI through Social Media and suggest recommendations for improvement
  • Strengthen brand with quality, regular content & by engaging with and reaching out to target markets (North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific)


  • Management of company website
  • Landing pages creation and A/B testing
  • Google analytics and tracking

Paid campaigns (PPC + social)

  • Create Google Ad campaigns and Social Media Ad Campaigns
  • Analyse campaign performance, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Write, test and optimise ad copy
  • Manage and optimise acquisition and retargeting campaigns
  • Monitoring and report in line with KPIs


  • Create and manage automation flows in HubSpot
  • Create email templates
  • Report on Email campaign performance


  • Create SEO optimised copy for different channels (website, social, email and ads)

Support various other marketing projects as needed


Skills and experience 

  • Experience within a Digital Marketing role
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC and paid social
  • Intuitive approach to marketing and content generation
  • Experience of managing social media channels (mainly LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and developing engaging content, following brand style and tone of voice
  • Strong content writing skills
  • Experience with marketing automation systems, ideally HubSpot
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience of using website CMS
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Excellent team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership
  • Detail-oriented, organised and proactive
  • Bachelor’s degree required
